This project within the cyclotron facility at UCLA includes a "Hot Lab" for research and production of radioactive medicines.

The unique procedures performed using radioactive isotopes required specialized control systems for containment and release of processed bi-products. The facility features oversized fume hoods, enclosed in solid lead shielding weighing over 14 tons).
