Seven separate yet linked projects designed for the Neurobiology Department were completed between 1996 and 1999. When completed the totality of the projects essentially renovated the majority of the 6th and 7th floors of the School of Medicine in the UCLA Center for Health Sciences.

The projects required the complete demolition and renovation of approximately 9,000 square foot of laboratory space. A Prototype Laboratory Suite was created which included a large lineal laboratory with equipment support and office on each end. The labs could be subdivided to insure future flexibility

Three sets Laboratory Suites and Departmental Administrative offices for the Chairman and his staff members were provided.
